Privacy notice
VeriTrooper minimizes the information it receives. Locally deployed software does not upload customer source material, prompts, answers, credentials, or audit packages to VeriTrooper LLC.
Information you choose to submit
The trial-request form collects your name, email, platform, and any optional organization or use-case description you provide. The Professional license-request form collects your name, email, platform, and any optional description you provide, together with the selected offer and price. The company-quote form collects your name, work email, organization, and description of the deployment and assistance needed. The assessment-request form collects the fields you enter: name, work email, organization, deployment preference, and your description of the system, use case, and approved sources. Do not submit credentials, source documents, regulated data, or other sensitive material. VeriTrooper uses the information to respond to your request, deliver a requested trial, arrange a requested license or quote, and administer a requested engagement.
Form processor
Trial, license, company-quote, and assessment submissions are transmitted through Formspree, which receives the submitted fields as a service provider. Formspree's processing is also governed by its published data-processing, privacy, security, and retention terms.
Routine website records
The hosting and network infrastructure may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser information, and security events. The site does not currently load third-party advertising or analytics tags, send inquiry-completion events to Google, or sell personal information.
Campaign attribution and inquiry measurement
When a visit includes campaign parameters, the site keeps the first campaign in browser session storage for that tab. This can include campaign source, medium, name, ID, keyword and creative labels, ad-group and device labels, Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid or wbraid), and the landing page path. If you submit an inquiry, these details accompany the form to VeriTrooper through Formspree to help us understand which campaign led to the inquiry. We do not collect the full page URL or unrelated query parameters. Session storage normally ends when the tab is closed. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we clear stored campaign details and omit campaign attribution and browser completion events.
Confirmed inquiries and follow-up
With JavaScript available, each inquiry receives a random reference ID, retained for retries in this tab when browser settings allow. After Formspree confirms acceptance, the page emits a local browser event containing only the inquiry type, page path, and reference ID. The event contains no name, email, organization, message, campaign values, or Google click identifiers; no analytics service receives it from the current site. VeriTrooper may associate the submitted reference ID and campaign details with qualification and eventual purchase records. An accepted inquiry is not a purchase or a qualified lead. Attribution submitted with an inquiry follows the inquiry retention period below.
Product data remains outside VeriTrooper LLC
The locally deployed suite operates on customer-controlled hardware. In no configuration is customer audit material routed to VeriTrooper LLC. If a customer configures a third-party model, the selected material goes directly from the customer deployment to that provider under the customer's agreement with that provider.
Retention
If no engagement begins, inquiry, trial-request, license-request, company-quote, and assessment-request information is deleted within 90 days. If an engagement begins, necessary contact and business records are retained for the contract term and any longer period required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Customers control retention and disposal of locally generated product records.
Disclosure
VeriTrooper may disclose website-submission information to service providers that support the website or communications, when required by law, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections. VeriTrooper does not sell submitted contact information.
Your choices and questions
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations. Send the request to contact@veritrooper.com. Applicable rights may vary by jurisdiction.
Changes
Material changes to this notice will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
