What is included

The Evaluation Suite exposes the same three-product structure described across this site.

Evaluation output: Evaluation provides a limited, watermarked proof set for assessing the workflow. Full machine-readable records and extended evidence exports are included with the paid product; available artifacts vary by product and selected checks.

One archive for your platform

Extract the entire ZIP and keep its root installer beside the Resources folder. Windows users run VERITROOPER Evaluation Setup.exe. Linux users run Install VERITROOPER Evaluation.run. Mac users run Install VERITROOPER Evaluation.command. No one needs to join payload parts or download the model separately.

Verify before installing

We provide the SHA-256 checksum with your installer. Compare the downloaded file with that value before installing. Each extracted package also includes a detailed SHA256SUMS.txt, and the installer verifies the shipped 4.9 GB Selene model before copying it.

Current release status

Windows RC39 is an unsigned evaluation pre-release. Windows may display Unknown publisher. Trusted publisher signing is pending. Protected provenance, resource integrity, local inference, console, and saved-run output checks passed. An exact elevated install, upgrade, and uninstall run on a separate clean Windows host remains pending.

Linux x86_64 RC39 is not publisher signed. It passed isolated missing/corrupt-resource, offline and repeat installation, protected inference, console, and evidence-preservation acceptance. The macOS RC36 packages are ad hoc signed for build integrity but are not Apple Developer ID signed or notarized. Your operating system may require an explicit security approval. SHA-256 verification establishes file integrity, not publisher identity.

RC39 Windows and Linux and RC36 macOS include the full application, model, Python runtime, and native llama server. Scanned image-only OCR requires a native Tesseract installation in the macOS and Linux previews.
