The public evaluation includes Scout, SitRep, Watchtower, and the shared Governance Records workflow. It is a limited, unsigned Windows pre-release intended for hands-on product review.
The Evaluation Suite exposes the same three-product structure described across this site.
From the GitHub release, download the Setup executable, all three numbered .bin files, SHA256SUMS.txt, and the installation instructions. GitHub changes spaces in the four installer filenames to periods. Restore the space-separated filenames exactly as shown in the instructions and keep all four installer files in one folder.
Compare every downloaded file with SHA256SUMS.txt. The expected SHA-256 for the RC30 Setup executable is:
Do not run the installer if a file is missing or a hash does not match.
RC30 is a pre-release and is not Authenticode-signed. Windows may display Unknown publisher. The checksum manifest protects download integrity, but it does not establish Microsoft-backed publisher identity. A clean-machine install, launch, Scout, SitRep, Watchtower, and uninstall pass plus public publisher signing remain release gates before this can be described as the final signed customer release.
