Schedule: kickoff and boundary agreement on day 1; access and configuration by day 3; run and review by day 8; readout and package delivery by day 10
Commercial terms: scope, pricing, and payment terms are established by written agreement before work begins
Acceptance: the agreed panel is executed or every exclusion is documented, the delivered package passes its offline integrity check, and findings receive a joint review and remediation disposition

Prerequisites: one accountable sponsor, approved source access, model or assistant access, authority to test inside the chosen boundary, and a reviewer available for kickoff and readout. Acceptance does not require a clean score and does not promise certification; finding real problems is a successful assessment outcome.
