Website and evaluation terms
These terms govern use of this website and public evaluation materials. Software access, pilots, licensing, and confidential diligence may be governed by separate written terms.
Decision support—not legal certification
VeriTrooper produces testing, monitoring, data-quality, and governance-supporting evidence. It does not provide legal advice, determine whether a law applies, perform the customer's conformity assessment, certify compliance, or replace qualified human review.
Scoped results
Every result applies to the recorded system, sources, questions, model roles, configuration, exclusions, and time of the run. A sample result is not a general rating of a model and should not be generalized beyond its stated scope.
Public samples
Public reports are provided to evaluate the product's output and presentation. They may be downloaded and circulated for legitimate evaluation, but may not be altered or presented as the recipient's own audit, certification, or endorsement.
Intellectual property
The website, software, documentation, product names, graphics, report formats, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to Veritrooper LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Patent-pending status does not grant a visitor any license to the technology.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, distribute malicious material, misrepresent public samples, or use the website in violation of law or another person's rights.
Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Formspree for pilot requests and customer-selected model providers described in product materials. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Evaluation software and pilots
Use evaluation software only within the authorized organization, scope, period, and limits. Protect supplied credentials, packages, and confidential materials. A signed pilot, evaluation, license, or nondisclosure agreement controls if it conflicts with this website page.
Availability and warranties
The website and public materials are provided on an as-available basis for evaluation and information. To the extent permitted by law, Veritrooper LLC disclaims implied warranties for the public website and does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every public statement will remain current indefinitely.
