Privacy notice

VeriTrooper minimizes the information it receives. Locally deployed software does not upload customer source material, prompts, answers, credentials, or audit packages to VeriTrooper LLC.

01

Who is responsible for this notice

Veritrooper LLC is the operator of veritrooper.com and the contact for website privacy questions. Write to contact@veritrooper.com with a privacy request or question.

02

Information you choose to submit

The guided-pilot form collects the fields you enter, such as name, work email, organization, role, requested audit, deployment preference, and timeline. VeriTrooper uses that information to evaluate and respond to the request, communicate about the requested engagement, and maintain appropriate business records.

03

Form processor

Pilot submissions are transmitted through Formspree, which receives the submitted fields as a service provider. Its infrastructure, security, and retention practices are also governed by Formspree's published terms and privacy information.

04

Routine website records

The hosting and network infrastructure may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser information, and security events. The site does not currently use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

05

Product data remains outside VeriTrooper LLC

The locally deployed suite operates on customer-controlled hardware. In no configuration is customer audit material routed to VeriTrooper LLC. If a customer configures a third-party model, the selected material goes directly from the customer deployment to that provider under the customer's agreement with that provider.

06

Retention

Inquiry and pilot-request information is kept only as reasonably needed to respond, administer the prospective or actual business relationship, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Customers control retention and disposal of locally generated product records.

07

Disclosure

VeriTrooper may disclose website-submission information to service providers that support the website or communications, when required by law, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections. VeriTrooper does not sell submitted contact information.

08

Your choices and questions

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations. Send the request to contact@veritrooper.com. Applicable rights may vary by jurisdiction.
