What the workflow does

Organize Your Data is a shared preparation workflow available across the VeriTrooper suite. It is not SitRep and it is not a fourth audit product.

• Inventories every selected file
• Detects exact duplicates
• Groups likely revisions and related filenames
• Identifies empty and unreadable items
• Produces an organization record and recommendations

What it never does

The workflow is intentionally read-only with respect to source material.

• It never moves a source file
• It never renames a source file
• It never deletes a duplicate
• It never overwrites or rewrites source content
• It never treats a recommendation as permission to alter a legal or business record

Why it comes before assurance

An accurate inventory makes scope review, retention decisions, audit selection, and later evidence easier to defend. It can prepare material for SitRep, Scout, Watchtower, or Governance Records without collapsing those separate workflows into one another.

Human-controlled next steps

Duplicate and revision groupings are evidence for a person. The customer decides what to retain, archive, compare, or submit for audit under its own records-management, legal-hold, and retention requirements.
