Effective August 9, 2026. This notice covers information submitted through the pilot and Scout evaluation forms on veritrooper.com.
Who handles the information
Veritrooper LLC is the business responsible for the request. Questions and deletion requests may be sent to contact@veritrooper.com.
What we collect
The forms may collect your name, work email, company or organization, role, timeline, and whatever project details you choose to provide. Do not submit passwords, API keys, regulated personal data, confidential source documents, or other sensitive content through these forms.
Why we use it
We use the information only to respond to your request, assess evaluation fit, arrange a pilot or installer delivery, provide related support, and maintain an ordinary business record of the conversation.
Form processor
Submissions are transmitted and processed through Formspree. Formspree therefore receives the submitted fields as a service provider. Its processing, infrastructure, and retention practices are also governed by Formspree's published terms and privacy information.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell the submitted information. We disclose it only to service providers needed to receive or respond to the request, or when legally required. We do not upload customer audit data to VERITROOPER through these website forms.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for the evaluation, follow-up, support, security, legal, and business-record purposes described above. You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information by emailing the address above; we will honor the request unless retention is legally required.
Product data
The VERITROOPER desktop software runs on customer-controlled hardware and uploads nothing to VERITROOPER. Air-gapped runs stay on-host. If a customer configures a cloud model or verifier, the prompts and evidence required for that role go directly to the provider selected by the customer under that provider's terms.

Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
